I think we might be quiet quitting scouts. I figured there would be some conservative values and such but nah, they are straight up Christo-fascist indoctrination.
I was a baby plane otaku as a child so my boomer parents enrolled me in the Civil Air Patrol. It was even more Christo-fascist, to the point where I was singled out for not attending the church service at the weird ass summer camp thing .
The only upside was that I got to play a C-130 sim in a decommissioned C-130 cockpit for like 15 minutes.
