    I'm not sure grams of protein is a useful measurement for coffee or tomatoes

    Why is a dairy herd worse than a beef herd? Is it because of the wasted resources from continual pregnancy and culling the calves?

          Milk is also on the list, so It’s specifically about the meat. Likely because of breeding for specific traits and lifespan, so a dairy cow would be kept alive longer (more greenhouse gases) and have a lower yield. I don’t like how I phrased that, but I hope my point comes across.

        i think it's the user tagging; they share lists of "known tankies" to avoid.

        the lemmy communities are starting to merge in my head and i think that it's a sign that i'm getting old since i used to pick on my parents for doing the same thing when they were my age. lol
