If we're talking fruit pies I'd probably be very generic and say a nice apple pie would be my favorite go-to.

Of course for regional pies, the most common pie I see around the state the most is a vegetable pie known as rhubarb. A nice rhubarb and wild berry pie can be enjoyably tart and sour with that delectable hint of sweetness that rounds out the sharpness of the ingredients.

I live in the great pumpkin pie wasteland, and yeah, pumpkin pie is really good, but I have to agree with the last axolotl, key lime is my favorite.

We also have rhubarb pies here and they're good but I've literally only ever seen it in strawberry rhubarb pie.

Oh shit a good key limey piey is absolutely orgasmic when it's done just right. In fact one of my smaller goals in life is to make it down to the Florida keys and try an authentic key lime pie made with fresh fruit.

An authentic fresh fruit one is really good but honestly I can devour a mediocre Midwest grocery store KLP just as quick

My dad's favorite pie was always Strawberry Rhubarb and I've always hated it because he bakes them for himself and they are so fucking sour when he bakes them it peels the paint off the back of your throat.
