From looking at how it calculates results, it decides what subreddits lean left or right or lib or auth just based on the posts of people who self-identify with those quadrants in r/politicalcompassmemes. So I guess this just shows that people on /r/politicalcompassmemes are more likely to identify as lib-left? Looking at the README in the github reveals this to be the case, so until the maintainer updates this tool this doesn't look to be super useful for now.
