It has always baffled me how the petite bourgeo seem to love cheap labor yet were openly racist to deport all the brown people without putting two and two together. Like, they couldnt connect that many immigrants were not competing against white people for jobs, but against other immigrants who didnt have much hope for something better given their circumstances.
I've met people from outside of America who were very surprised at how lazy American aren't. Americans work, a lot, but we expect far more compensation, that's the real issue
has with domestic labor in America.
