This is up in Wyoming's Medicine Bow National Forest, 2700m/9000ft or so in elevation and a balmy -7 C.

I'm glad my part of Colorado is a high desert where the snow melts fast. Just a few storms a month which clear up within a week so I can do snow things without six straight months of it. Up this high in the Rockies it's unending until May.
