America is a system that has perpetrated plenty of brutality without the need for a tyrant. Americans aren't hypnotized by Trump (or Reagan or Clinton or Obama or whoever), they've been this way, as a people. Same with all the Western nations, same with the fascists. There's no disavowal, we're all implicated in domination and conflict.
