Macron is losing it; he must be pretty upset to have so many African countries abandoning France and taking their resources with them. People in Mayotte are upset because they don't believe France is doing enough to help them.

They had referendum in 2009 and voted to remain in France, so France made them "oversea department" which is legally not a colony but a regular department like the French ones. Though as we can see here "legally" and "really" have significant difference if some place is inhabited by black muslims.
Did they call him a racist? Is that why he is so angry? Or why does he immediately start his rant by making unnecessary comments about their skin colour?
