      maybe. Pretty decent chance. might be twisted by time but I remember it being a very vivid blue. closer to a cobalt?

          Powder, we mixed into a solution, very much remember that. I believe it was matte? I vaguely think part of the thing that might have stuck with me was how vibrant of a blue it was despite lacking sheen, but I may just be filling in some memory blanks here.
