    I resisted the urge to call someone the ninth type of liberal recently, because I did not think it would help me make my point. Maybe I was being the first type of liberal: to let things slide for the sake of peace and friendship when a person has clearly gone wrong. I am sorry, comrades.

    it might be viable if there was more social cohesion but people are too atomized

    if you have one social interaction every six months are you really going to risk pissing them off by calling out their liberal hypocrisy
