love the black vs white composition- it’s like the black colors would typically be associated with cold and dark, but in this piece it’s a warm black kitty, a person in a warm black coat (perfect for wrapping kitties), and a warm house albeit with a dark lower level. Definitely captures the beautiful danger associated with winter, a white void, unfeeling and cold.
