Someone else already mentioned it, but definitely Warhammer 40K.
Every faction is horrible, like half of them are fascist ( IDK I've never looked into it because It's overpriced as fuck.) and you have your 'other' in the aliens that you can call for genocide about.
I recently got into it and yeah, the setting is awful. But the people I play with are pretty decent libs. And there is r/sigmarxism for leftist warhammer.

I love 40K but my god some of the fash dickheads it attracts are the worst space marine players ever.
