I know this is an ongoing issue and I know the money may get spent on drugs... but that's the same as when I hand a homeless person a dollar on the street.
edit: yeah she's been open about her life but by throwing it in her face you're just teaching people to lie or look for more dangerous avenues to make ends meet. I should know, my sister was constantly forced into abusive relationships to survive because my family treated her like shit.
