    "under suspicion", in other words, without proof. so some racist barely human pig can just see a brown person on the street, say "you fit a description" and then they're in american prison for the rest of their life performing labor for private corporations. and the worst part is, those corporations will turn around, slap a "made in america" sticker on their shit then sell it to you at a massive premium like it wasn't made by a slave.
