I do enjoy a good fantasy book. However I don't think "kids not starving" is a fantasy. Consider the fact that you yourself are not immune to propaganda either. I try to base my beliefs on verifiable facts that can endure cross-examination, rather than "well if BBC says it, it must be true." Here's some of them.
