this cause of the zuckerberg getting rid of DEI initiaitves at meta i guess?

i mean legit i know this is going to rapidly filter downward through the entire corporate world, including my company (which is very rainbow capitalism, the only good thing about it)

like most companies, they just wait to see what the big monopolies do and then will make moves especially if it saves money. which is why most of them are going to do it

not because elon won the battle on woke DEI. just because they can lay off a department full of HR people and use "trends" as an excuse

EDIT: FUCK i didn't know it had already started. yeah if walmart just dumped it my company will be right behind. so no more protections and covered health care for trans employees
