Gym grind has been good. Topped the leaderboard for member visits in December. Hit full stack sets on everything in the hip station the other day, used to not be able to do that on abduction. Getting stronger, looking better, feeling better. Saw my mom today and she said she wished I took more "before" pics because she thought I look a lot healthier and happier and wished I had a better comparison (but I fuckin' hate taking pictures of myself)
Weight on the scale has fluctuated with water weight (creatine, spiro, dietary sodium) and food intake and today's weigh in was a step back but the overall trend has been positive. Hoping to hit some of my lofty goals before my next birthday. (BW bench, muscle up, dragon squats, etc)

Drinking and smoking have been terrible
Wanted to quit both for New Year's
Didn't manage that, slipped on both
Need to do better
Under a whole lot of stress but that shouldn't be an excuse
Maybe I'll reconfigure for Chinese New Year's but I'm disappointed in myself

I've been really stressed and on edge and losing my temper a lot more frequently than I usually do and it's concerning me tbh
Exercise stuff has been pretty much the main positive and pretty much everything else is kind of a mess right now
