Fuck, I wish we had those. A combination bike way/sidewalk, with a rail to keep them separate, makes so much more sense than hoping a strip of paint keeps the cars from splattering you.
Lol only in short burts. Thats like top speed. In super dense areas cars are lucky to average 10mph. I easily average 15 no matter how bad traffic gets.

Depends on traffic speedshonestly. In nyc >30mph using the street is fine. Im waaaay more agile than any car in those conditions.
