I think the "funniest" outcome would be the SCOTUS now overturns Roe, evangelicals and Catholics cum all over themselves in their euphoria... only then to have literally all 50 states pass laws to make abortion legal.
(According to polls, making abortion straight up illegal is ridiculously unpopular, like 3 in 4 Americans are against it).

Isn't abortion already de facto illegal in several states though
Alabama, because of course Alabama would block it.
Public opinion has no measurable effect on policy in America, so....
