LED itself is not the problem. Often this is due to bad retrofitting.
The mirrors inside headlights are precisely designed, and replacement bulbs with wrong dimensions create an incorrect beam shape.I don't know about this, I find if I am being blinded the fuck up it is most often just a newer model truck or suv, not a modded car
This whole topic is complicated, especially now with adaptive LED matrix headlights existing, and there are laws about brightness but those differ so much.
So instead, today on China has no respect for human rights: cruel and unusual punishment.More like why China is the most enlightened country in the world
It is a complicated issue, but I find newer cars generally have brighter or more piercing lights. Like, we got a new basic car, never asked for any special lights, but bam, they're way too bright, so I use them on the half-setting (unless on the highway/in rain/fog), which is just a tad dimmer than regular old lights used to be (but still brighter than some cars with old lights begging for replacement).
LEDs are good, people who have their headlights aimed/installed improperly Are bad.
Yea, LED bulbs themselves are not the issue
Mostly I notice its people installing LED's in a car that was not designed for it
It’s cause people jack their trucks up 3 feet and never readjust their headlights, because they’re assholes.
i used to have dreams as a kid that railroad tracks ran down the center of every road and the woods were filled with crisscrossing tracks and anyone could drive a train around and pick people and cargo up and I WANT THIS.
Idc about headlights, but I like the idea of Christ returning to earth and, in an unexpected twist, vaporizing Christians in a supernatural reign of terror
Blessed are the meek, for they shall be spared from the terror.
Whose the coward downvoting this? SHOW YOURSELF (with your LED headlights) COWARD. I'll never not be blinded by these fuckers.
Blinded by the light
Revved up like a deuce
Another rumor in the night
Most people, it seems, install these themselves and are not aware that there are easily accessible screws that aim the lights up and down.
But yeah, it sucks getting the brunt of them.
They are SO much better and safer for you and other people if you get them and install them properly.
edit: I just noticed most responses are already pretty much what I said. So, I'm a fuck face. And I did a bad. And should start doing more goods.
I'm sorry.
