Yes, definitely. It's really bad. They didn't solve any of the problems. The oil they saved from British takeover did not help the general public at all. My family is pretty mixed, I have some leftists family and some very religious ones. One of these aunts (not my aunt, but second degree or whatnot) wouldn't even touch my hands. Anyways, for them life is good. They are very rich and own some kind of cookie factory. However, if you're not very religious and not rich life is hard. And has gotten even harder the last 20 years. Fall of my family tries to get out, some did some couldn't. My dad is very sad evertime he returns from travel. I think there isn't one part of life that improved. A cop onces slapped my cousin because her hair was showing under the scarf. Even though her way of wearing it was the norm at the time. Sometimes they just enforce strickter rules for a couple of days. We had a breakdown in a car once and every time we would see a police car, we had to turn off the music because it is forbidden to listen to western music sometimes (most). People barely get by since Trumps new embargos. I think Iran is the only reason I could come up with that is in favor of Iran, because Obama lifted sanctions and it really made a lot of difference for the people there.
