At least 8 hospitals across the U.S. have brought back mandatory masking due to a dramatic increase in #Covid cases. 12,613 new #Covid admissions for the week ending Aug. 12 marked a 22% jump from the previous wk & the 5th wk of increase. Deaths up 8.9%

    I don't really understand why masking isn't mandatory in hospitals always, like even if covid didn't exist. But you gotta remember how long it took for doctors to start washing their hands and that they drove a guy to commit suicide for daring to suggest they were making people sick by not washing their hands.
