Damn, voting for Biden didn't work. Can't believe electoral institutions weren't on my side. I've exhausted all posibilities so I'll just do nothing

Not really. The ruling class decidedly preferred Clinton to Trump in 2016, and while Trump did some helpful work for them during his tenure, it’s not like they are going to be screwed by a Biden presidency. Maybe there’s some marginal benefit to Trump’s policies (and that’s a small margin compared to Biden’s policies), but there’s also a benefit to not going mask off and exposing class rule, which was their problem with Trump’s ham-fisted approach all along.
Not to mention the legitimacy of their liberal “democracy.” Like I see this meme on here that things inevitably descend into fascism as like the true preference of the bourgeoisie. But that’s not actually their preference. Under their bourgeois liberal democracies, there are “safe” channels for dissent in elections that they win by default. Fascism is generally more costly in terms of investment into the state, and less predictable, because it requires turning over power to an enraged and psychotic mass movement of the petite bourgeois (and there is no organized movement like that in the US that is ready to take power).
If Trump has some plausibly-legal avenue to secure victory in the courts, of course the Democrats won’t stand in his way. But right now they are literally still counting votes against Trump’s stated preference, and he may well lose the election based on that continued count. Seems like his declaration of victory hasn’t been acknowledged by anyone outside of his own camp.
Exactly, don't see any reason for SCOTUS to capitulate to Trump. Trump is ahead right now, he needs to win a recount in Arizona or pull ahead in Nevada. Maybe they could halt all counting in Pennsylvania to maintain his lead there, but otherwise Trump's paths to victors require recounts or continuing counting in the pending states. So SCOTUS would actually have to throw votes out or make mail-in voting unconstitutional or something. That would be such an outrageously political move by a bunch of new political appointees that it would ruin the legitimacy of the state, endangering the very power of those SCOTUS justices.
But alternatively, they can just hand it to Biden, and remain in their seats until they die. Meanwhile, Biden will do nothing to them, has no power without the Senate, and wouldn't pack the court anyways. So why take such a risk on Trump? Might as well give it to Biden, what is Trump going to do either against you or for you? You already have your lifetime appointment.
