Seriously though, there are already so many reprehensible black ops and secret projects of the CIA from over the years that have been declassified. Imagine the shit they aren't telling us.

Seriously. Look at MKUltra being one of the things they felt comfortable declassifying, and then compare that to what they're still hiding.

Shit man, just the idea of what nightmare equivalents of MKULTRA-but-worse they must have gotten away with overseas in the last few decades sends chills down my spine. If there's any kind of revolution in America the ghouls involved with intelligence agencies should be the first to go.

Why do people always talk about MKUltra? It wasn't 1/100th as bad as literally anything the CIA has done in another country.

Gives too much credit to Obama, frankly. Neoliberals aren't do-gooders who just have their hands tied by mean conservatives. Even at their best, they don't care about anyone outside the property-owning class.
We all saw his most ambitious ideals with a Supermajority were to bail-out bank owners and ignore home-owners, to protect shareholders and not workers, and a watered-down public option.

Obama unshackled by the GOP/"Deep State" would just be Margaret Thatcher.

Nah, he didn't mean it. He's just saying what the guy he's playing would say in that situation. "Let me be clear, folks, is dissolving political dissidents in acid in secret CIA facilities to perpetuate the rule of a cabal of billionaires ideal? Frankly, it makes me want to hang myself every time I order it done. But at the end of the day, this is what it takes to keep our nation together and keep my family safe and rich, and I don't reaaaaally give a shit anyway."

I’m starting to believe Obama’s mom was CIA and he also became CIA in the 1980s after being groomed for years. The country yearned for a black president so they manufactured one like they do everything else.

she almost certainly was, and I agree that he probably was too— at the very minimum he was known as ideologically "safe" enough and vetted, via his mother, that they didn't get in his way.

Yet he declined repeated requests to talk about his New York years, release his Columbia transcript or identify even a single fellow student, co-worker, roommate or friend from those years.

“He doesn’t remember the names of a lot of people in his life,” said Ben LaBolt, a campaign spokesman.

        lol yeah okay very believable

Tbh they probably just told him how many times we almost had a nuclear war or something that the public doesn't know about. Spooks have their own incentives too you know, they probably want to scare the president within reason so that they have some continued sway over him. Like "we are necessary and you have no idea how dangerous the world is". If they do a good job then I'm sure most presidents say "ok, you guys handle all that and I'll trust you and give you the resources you need", and then the spooks run their little bureaucratic fiefdoms and continue grifting state money and kidnapping random people overseas.

The problem I have with this theory is that I can't believe someone like Bush wouldn't walk into that room with enough dirt to make every rich fucker give up their first born son.

Realistically he's the guy who shows the video.

Well someone like Bush wouldn't need to be shown the video 'cause he wouldn't do anything to piss off the ruling class (not that Obama would either)

Bush's dad ran the CIA. He probably knew all the horrible shit by the time he was president. He allegedly didn't know about the torture program until he had to cover for it, which was in 2006 I think?

Intercepted had an episode on him. That prick was forgotten for a reason. All the evil of Reagan without any of the charm. 2nd worst president past Nixon. He probably would've gotten a second term if Perot didn't kneecap him.

Perot is one of the main reasons we have third way garbage as a staying point in the Dems. IDK if the country would be better if he hadn't ran.
