this class is absolutely nuts, this is the fifth assignment and I think my shortest was six pages and longest was 18. He just increased the maximum page limit from 40 to 50 because I guess someone asked. Okay, hold on, it gets worse: I also found out today that when I present this tomorrow night, there will be actual outside professionals as a jury. Like, I can't even half-ass it because People Who Matter are there and not just my classmates. I'm going second.
edit: like I read the brief for this assignment 2 weeks ago and thought, nbd, can do it in 3 hours. Missed the page minimum, and here we are.
Can I know what field? I think 20 page minimum and presenting in class is just ridiculous. I'll say this: Outline your stuff, just stay focused on paragraph structure and you can knock this out. Lastly, Zotero is great for citation management.
I'll keep it nonspecific but I can use mapping software which is helping me fill out the page assignment now that I've cribbed as much as I can from my prior assignments. I now have to make maps, which while pretty time intensive do take up quite a lot of page space. I just need to justify a minimal number of maps and write a conclusion and I think I'm there. Thankfully, my citations from the prior assignments are in good order, so I'm just pasting those in where needed, but I will def keep Zotero in mind for my next assignment (due in 2 weeks)
