Colors are blood red and corn yellow. I think that corn yellow is good as it represents agricultural production in America.
Symbols are the liberty torch crossed with a pickaxe (blair mountain + general mining labor power) and a pen for mental task based work. The pen is pointing left as it is our future.
We have our cog for industry and a broken chain for freedom from opression. The cog would have 13 spokes if it were whole for the 13 original colonies.
Lastly, we have our aspen leaf for the underground network of roots they share.
I was thinking of doing a wheat laurel and a corn laurel but for now its a bit too cluttered.
Someone with more skills than I have could probably clean this up. I was thinking of leaving the yellow as white but it didn't look as nice.
I see potential but it's way too cluttered rn. I like the pickaxe but I would probably cut the torch, I'm not too attached to the pen but it works. The chain is a little confusing, maybe because it's yellow I didn't recognize that it was a chain at first glance, and chains can also be symbolic of like "We're only as strong as the weakest link" so there's a bit of a mixed message, though I see what you were going for with it.
Hope that criticism is constructive
