No, I did it in photoshop, with the pen tool. The proper way to do is illustrator but I'm not familiar with it.
Just took a picture of Lenin and then selected certain areas with the pen tool and filled them with a color.
Okay I'm pretty good on photoshop I just never dicked with the pen tool. Thanks!
Pen tool is all muscle memory.
