          I don't see this at all. No one is saying that all-caps terror his happening right now. What people are saying is that all the pieces are in place -- including folks actually getting killed by cops and right-wing militants -- for the situation to quickly devolve into that. No one is claiming the U.S. is now Chile under Pinochet.

      You could say the same with cops, that people shouldn't say cops are corrupt bastards because it's disrespectful to people living in countries where cops ask you for 100 bucks otherwise they arrest you for drug charges; yeah, it's a different level, but shouldn't we support struggles against cops on all capitalis countries, regardless of their context?       would think if there was so many people there, at least some would be dedicated do protection of the rest.
