          If I'm thinking of the same burger episode of the Obama presidency as this redditor, yeah they're talking about Ray's Hell Burger in Arlington, VA. The regular burger's like $7 and it's really good, but they also offer bizarre fancy toppings like foie gras and I'm pretty sure Republicans flipped a shit because Obama got fancy toppings on his burger.

              extremely. a lot of the urban core in cities won't even have grocery stores, just McDonald's and the like.
