Whatever place I work at next I will either unionize it, get fired for trying, or work at a union. I’ve already made this commitment to myself.

It’s important to just build camaraderie first. Then point out all the ways people are getting fucked as they happen. Then remind them of those fucked up times and eventually move to “Well what are we going to do about it?” Then start working with an outside union leader. Build a core of consent and bam ya got a fucking union. I imagine some people are already doing this work inside FAANG Companies.
