The untranslated texts of everything Marx and Engels wrote are available on the MEGA project (and they are really cool, like you can see in drafts the pen fights of Marx fighting Engels on stuff and vice versa lol, and have stuff that the collected works never had like some of the notebooks), but English translations for a lot of letters and notebooks were never popular enough to get published more than once, hence the collected works stopping easy access. It's unfortunate too as the more popular works have gotten new translations that are better than the old but like Marx's notes on calculus are not going to be retranslated lol. I have all 50 volumes in pdf for those who want it, but it's on libgen too.
