Definitely not looking like a bombing. But “clearly a fireworks explosion”? Possibly, not clearly. Wouldn’t a weapon or ammo or chemical depot be more probable in a harbor?
There was a fireworks warehouse in the centre of the explosion and you can see the fireworks going off before the big boom. Might be other stuff in there, but it involved fireworks.
