    Sure but come on, you can't beat a nice bit of searing on the top, get a nice crust with soft juicy middle, drizzle on some teriyaki sauce at low heat, top with chopped scallions and roasted sesame seeds, it's pure chef's kiss

      Yes. Just saying that baking is a fine way to cook it if you don't want to bother doing much. Anyway I haven't been able to eat fish in like twelve years because it started to make my throat close up. I miss salmon a lot.
