Hey vegans, what did you eat today? I want ideas. With my height/weight and lifestyle (sedentary job but daily training for endurance sports) I probably need at least 3kcal/day. Not looking to put on a lot of muscle so not too worried about packing in protein but also can't afford to lose weight. Every time I look up veg/vegan recipes or meal plans and I calculate out the calories it comes up hilariously low. A lot of people seem to be looking to go plant based to lose weight but that's not my life.
Smoothies are my go to to bridge the calorie gap I have, normally banana/peanut butter/almond milk/ice/protein and call it a day
That's a good idea, what kind of protein do you like?
I normally go with hemp powder, but my partner isn't a fan and buys Orgain brand plant powder
Vegetarian, but:
Homemade french toast made from Texas Toast, and a morningstar sausage
Homemade pizza with Beyond Sausage
Uncrustables pb&j
Monster energy drink
Post-workout protein shake
Dinner is, umm, pasta maybe with vegan alfredo
