This game is pretty cool but the imperialist propaganda is grating. I looked up the original Rainbow 6 book and the protagonist is a CIA operative who forms a NATO counter-terrorism group, Rainbow (because they’re so diverse). The bad guys are a group of left wing eco terrorists. At the end, since there won’t be enough evidence to convict the terrorists, he strips them naked and leaves them in the middle of the Amazon to die (since they love nature so much). American culture is so cool, Tom Clancy is our hero.

    Alternatively-

    I played a couple hours of Ghost Recon: Wildlands completely ignoring the story line and just spending the whole time running around with an AK helping the socialist rebels and that was pretty dope.

    I refuse to learn what actually happens in the story.
