And boy is it! The example I'm thinking of is the Masterchef: The Professional's cooking competition. It was filmed (is still being filmed, I think) in the last months of 2020 and they pay some lip service to social distancing, but good lord it's so obvious that it's solely and completely lip service and nothing more.

I would have preferred if they'd done a "Everyone has had a covid test and we're serious about quarantining. All the chefs, judges, and people operating cameras and shit are only going to hang out with each other and we'll be fine." But no, they didn't do that.

I was already jokerfied (how could I not be?), but I just can't even deal with this show. How did the BBC not cancel it?!? They should have.

Before 2020 I would have been (and have been) annoyed at this show for not being anywhere near vegan, because good lord are there too many corpses in this show, but now, it's corpses and also obvious infection vectors! Fun!

What the fuck is wrong with the world, I just can't even handle it anymore.
