I took a center cut pork loin and sliced 4 1/2 inch chops and then i used a mallet to tenderize and flatten them to about 1/4 inch. I did a "deep pan fry" basically had like a few inches of oil in my deep pan so they could float a bit and flipped after 3 minutes. No gravy I did the ole lemon wedge since my partner is very anti-gravy for some reason
... Tell me more about your schnitzel. What cut of pork did you use? Pan fry or deep fry? Gravy too?
