    As we speak I'm heading to the park to do a workout with a friend between his clients. It'll be something like:

    Hex bar deadlifts 1 set to failure at 225, 3 sets of 10

    Overhead walking lunges 3 sets 10 2 16kg bells Pull ups

    Floor chest flys 3 sets Bent over back flys 3 sets

    Db curls 3 sets to failure

    And a lot of running our mouths about the failure that is the American state. :amerikkka:
