If you read the Washington voters pamphlet, it is full of people who campaigned even less than Collins. People who couldn't get an interview anywhere, set up a website, or be assed to provide an official campaign statement for the pamphlet. One governor candidate's campaign statement was "Stop Seattle / King Fascism with idiotic face!" repeated 25 times (I didn't count, he numbered them).
A random twitter idiot is like... 80th percentile for a candidate around here.
