    Jim actually seems fairly important figure within gaming for those reasons. He is able to use topical subjects like EA bad or Crunch is whack and break them down lightly in positive way. So many gamers complain about DLC and microtransactions but they channel all that energy at specific game companies without ever being critical of the system that is essentially rewarding and causing this shit.

    I mean, we know the game community is super broadly bad, and as far as I know, there aren't many content creators who focus on it in a way that isn't just gamer bro reactionary arguments. I won't say Jim is radicalizing people, but he has likely given viewers more to think about and process WHY it's actually bad. He has some good bits too, his production quality is solid
