Why not organize to send aide to Niger? Unlike Ukraine, the west has quit sending aid to them to try to force the hand of the coup government and return the comprador president to office.

I think that might be a serious challenge, giving aid directly to people who need it in a war-torn nation that was already the most corrupt in Europe before the invasion. I suspect any aid that gets sent there manages to find its way into somebody important's control very quickly.
