I made it by hand and the amounts of flour, etc ended up fluctuating quite a bit. Also I baked it in a cast iron pan- at first I put in just the dough and the pizza sauce and let those bake at 300C for about 10 minutes, then I add everything else and further bake the whole thing for up to 15 minutes at 250C until it looks decent
The first stage is just to make sure the bottom becomes solid
