I love it. Its a huge sandbox with a focus on exploration, squad based combat, and civilization building. Kind of like a mix of Morrowind and Rimworld. Slavery is a major theme, and the game is a surprisingly good John Brown simulator.
The game can be quite janky but creating a diverse posse of John Brown anti-slavery militants with a side hustle in hashish production/distribution is lowkey one of my favourite gaming moments
Hell yeah I put like 100 hrs on it takes a little getting used to controls and gameplay but it’s a bunch of fun
Good game but very unoptimized, like it’s literally been in dev for a decade so the code is literally being held together with duct tape
