Seems to be an apartments building ¿hall?, you know those "horizontal properties".

It wouldn't be so weird if it wasn't for the ceiling.

Also why the apartments roof is so low? You can't jump in there.

    This would be cool if they had some plants or something growing on the balconies, and also no ceiling.
