evil cops imply the existence of good cops which makes the game unrealistic
Remember when you resolved the plot in San Andreas by shooting a couple of LAPD cops?
iirc, they already had that in 5
if you stood vaguely near a cop for a while as frankln, you would eventually get beaten or shot
didn't happen with trevor or michaelit happened with all 3 characters. it also happened with regular pedestrians and not cops. They made the AI (in general, not just cops) really nonsensical and hostile versus previous iterations. People would just drop their coffees on the ground if you stood near them too long. Also the physics got worse between 4 and 5. Probably to accommodate the bigger map? I don't know why. I wish it was them depicting racism, but that might be giving them too much credit. Especially since GTA V for the most part has a sort nihilistic philosophy that isn't social-justice oriented at all.
ah fuck, i remember testing it years ago, must have just been a fluke when they didn't start attacking trevor
I gotta hand it to them, they're absolutely innovating in the sphere of realistic America survival sims
RDR2 was too based for gamers to realize. Every cop, Pinkerton, businessman, and soldier were evil, except the one good apple soldier who tried to help the native Americans by bringing down his unit
