You can still find complete rifles like the Springfield saint, smith and Wesson m&p sport, the sig m400 tread, or the ruger ar-556 or mpr but you’ll probably spend $8-$900 if you want it new. My advice would be to get a stripped lower (~$80), lpk, buffer kit, stock or brace, pistol grip, and then a complete upper (~$2-$300). Total it’ll probably be like $450 to $600 and it’s probably your cheapest option. Building an ar is super easy and actually pretty fun.
