Been thinking about this a bunch off and on the last month or so.
We wound up with real life blue maga hats even worse than any of us imagined they could be, let's meme blue Q into existence.
Russiagate == pizzagate, obviously. But where does it go from there? Started brainstorming this in the dunk tank but it deserves its own thread.
There is this weird double bind where people know these things are fucked up because they happen to people but also don't seem to grasp that they live among people and communities directly impacted by these things and that said people/communities might have some input/feelings about conspiracy entertainment culture.
