cops already provide healthcare services. if you call 911 bc someone is suffering a mental health breakdown and the cops show up & shoot them instead of an ambulance to help them, that is the state euthanizing someone for being "a mental defective", just in a way that we've been conditioned to not view as being similar to when the nazis did it. Same with houseless people, the only medical infrastructure they have access to is cops assaulting them
