cops already provide healthcare services. if you call 911 bc someone is suffering a mental health breakdown and the cops show up & shoot them instead of an ambulance to help them, that is the state euthanizing someone for being "a mental defective", just in a way that we've been conditioned to not view as being similar to when the nazis did it.
