The worst part was the early streams being full of awful reactionary fucks, and social media teeming with what I could only describe as a political narrative counter-attack where they just posted the worst aspects of all the protests, sob stories of the petty bougies, some cops holding signs as final evidence that racism is over, a video of dipshits throwing another protester into the welcoming embrace of cops for gathering stones to throw at the hogs, the first calls of domestic terrorism, culminating with king doo-doo ass himself deciding to designate antifa as terrorists made me lose it for real. The universal solidarity at that point had basically fizzled out as people were already tired of it and started to just collaborate with the cops in open.

If we are talking about the same video, the people who dragged the guy over to the cops were without a doubt undercover cops themselves. If you watch the vid, they are too coordinated and effective with their takedown to just be randos

Guy smashing up the road with a skateboard I think, four or five people just grab him and throw his ass at the cops? I think it's the same one. And yeh, I agree they were undercover hogs, at the time I wasn't thinking too clearly and it was heartbreaking.

Truly soulcrushing stuff. And to think that there were other 'protesters' cheering them on. America has a looooong way to go in terms of protesting properly
